1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

European Union (EU):
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

United States & Other Countries:
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The protective seal (shrink wrap) must not be opened

⚠️ Due to the nature of our products, opened puzzles are not eligible for return

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Customers must ensure safe delivery of returned items

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos as proof

We will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Missing piece support

  • Refund (if necessary)

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Issued to the original payment method

Bank processing times may vary.

7. CAMPAIGNS & DISCOUNTS

If your order included a promotion (e.g. bundle discounts):

  • Returning part of the order may cancel the discount

  • The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly

8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.

To change a product:

  • Return the item

  • Place a new order

9. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received

  • Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been delivered and inspected

  • Items not meeting return conditions may not be refunded
